The day focuses on good basic techniques and skills as well as introducing you to the lingo of the cookery book. By the end of the day you should have the confidence to use your own judgment and skills to produce a range of interesting, tasty family dishes. You will also take home a pack of recipes and a couple of dishes to feed 2.
Type of dish cooked – vegetable soups, toad in the hole, frittata, crumbles with Lasagna and sticky toffee pud to take home.
