Suitable for gents who can cook a little and who would like to expand their skills base and repertoire. Type of dish cooked on this course – croque monsieur, casseroles with spices such as korma or goulash, simple vegetables, steamed puddings. Dishes to come home might include – coq au vin and chocolate mousse for two.
