A day for the enthusiastic cook and foodie. The menu for these sessions changes according to the seasons so if you have enjoyed one you can return to enjoy another day with us. Working with fresh and seasonal ingredients and preparing our own stock for use in the sauce bases, you will be guided through demonstration and practical sessions to produce a fabulous meal.
We offer a few spaces on this course for a lunch guest to join the participant to enjoy the meal at the end of the course. £25 per guest. Please enquire as to availability and book this separately via the office at least ten days prior to the date of the course.
