An inspiring day preparing seasonal desserts & patisserie to pep up your entertaining repertoire. A combination of demonstration and hands on experience, you will sample everything prepared and have a little something to take home at the end of the session. The menus are seasonal and items prepared will reflect this and be different on each session. Style of dish prepared have included: raspberry souflee, ginger and chocolate roulade, french style summer fruit tarts, framboise and basil fruit jellies, choclate pithiviers. A light lunch will be provided.
