Classic French Bistro cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean and the Far East make for simple, flavoursome and sometimes robust dishes which can easily be reproduced at home. With a combination of demonstration and hands on cooking we will prepare a number of dishes to share at lunch time over a glass of wine. Post lunch there will be a short demonstration session to complete your day. Dishes cooked on past courses include Double Fried Chips, Mussels in a Fennel Broth, Pave of Cod with Tapenade, Supremes of Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes and Lemon Tart.
We offer a few spaces on this course for a lunch guest to join the participant to enjoy the meal at the end of the course. £25 per guest. Please enquire as to availability and book this separately via the office at least ten days prior to the date of the course.
