Mediterranean Cooking has much to offer in terms of health and pleasure. The
strong flavours mellow and develop in the warmth of the summer months. A
combination of demonstration and hands on cookery, this course will
familiarise you with the variety of different ingredients, herbs, flavours and
styles of cooking from Italy, France and Greece.
The days will run from 10am -2pm and include lunch of dishes prepared .
