Students in the Kitchen
Aimed at the student who is about to live out of college. We will teach you some good kitchen skills to enable you to buy, handle, store and cook a range of foods safely. By the end of the course you will be able to feed yourself cheap and healthy dishes, as well as to entertain and impress your friends. You will receive a pack of all the dishes cooked, as well as numerous additional recipes using the same skills to extend your repertoire. A few dishes that you will meet on this course; Italian omelettes, mince cookery to include lasagna, vegetable dhal, sticky toffee puddings, fudge brownies.

14+ and Duke of Edinburgh Bronze After-school Club
The course aims to provide the children with an excellent grounding in cookery skills and has been designed to meet the criteria to help children who wish to complete the skills section of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, although some children prefer to come just for fun. They will learn to handle a range of foods and kitchen equipment safely as well as cooking some tasty and simple dishes from simple soups and crumbles to roast dinners and meringues.
