A busy day learning to prepare fresh pasta, sauces and a range of exciting Italian dishes. The day is a combination of demonstrations and practical sessions preparing family style seasonal Italian dishes which we sit down to eat with gusto before the session ends.
The session is suitable for individuals as well as family groups and lends itself very well to the vegetarian cook. Type of dish cooked on this course: fresh pasta and sauces, vegetable sformatto, chicken with lemon and olives, chocolate amoretti cake, zabaglione, balsamic roasted strawberries, biscotti.

Flavours of the Med
Mediterranean Cooking has much to offer in terms of health and pleasure. The strong gutsy dishes of the winter mellow and develop in the warmth of the summer months. A combination of demonstration and hands on cookery, this course will familiarise you with the variety of different ingredients, herbs, flavours and styles of cooking from Mediterranean counties. once again the sessions are seasonal allowing you to expereince both winter and summer style dishes such as: Gutsy Ribiolitta and rognons du veau, pissaladier, pine nut and honey tart.

Inspired Entertaining – Saturdays - Elegant Entertaining with flair and flavour
A day for the enthusiastic cook and foodie. The menu for these sessions changes according to the seasons so if you have enjoyed one you can return to enjoy another day with us. Working with fresh and seasonal ingredients you will be guided through demonstration and practical sessions to produce a fabulous meal packed with flavour. You will leave inspired and with a myriad of tips for advance prepartion to help you to entertian with panache.
These sessions are often given as gift vouchers and so we have changed the format of the day to invite the voucher giver, a friend or partner along to enjoy the meal with you (£20 additional cost – one person only). After lunch you will both be able to enjoy an inspiring demonstration before departing.
