Men in the Kitchen 1

A men only course for gents who would like to learn to cook or who lack the confidence to expand their current repertoire. The day focuses on good basic techniques and skills as well as introducing you to the lingo of the cookery book. By the end of the day you should have the confidence to use your own judgment and skills to produce a range of interesting, tasty family dishes. You will also take home a pack of recipes and a couple of dishes to feed 2.

Type of dish cooked – vegetable soups, toad in the hole, frittata, crumbles with Lasagna and sticky toffee pud to take home.

Men in the Kitchen 2

A men only hands on class which builds on the skills learned in Men 1. Also suitable for gents who can cook a little and who would like to expand their skills base and repertoire. Type of dish cooked on this course – croque monsieur, casseroles with spices such as korma or goulash, simple vegetables, steamed puddings. Dishes to come home might include – coq au vin and chocolate mousse for two.
