A one day hands on course aimed at inspiring you to dice and slice like a pro. The morning focuses on good basic techniques and skills as well as introducing you to the lingo of the cookery book. you will dice and slice your way through a range of vegetables as well as learning to joint a chicken with aplomb. During the shorter afternoon session you will learn how to bone out a chicken along with a demonstration of a range of other meat preparations.
Lunch will be provided to ensure maximum hands on time for your skills.
