Sauces and Hot Stone Cookery

A delightful and fun  hand on evening of sauce making and cooking on hot stones.   You will learn to prepare a range of savoury sauces such as paloise sauce, beurre blanc, or  traditional Marie rose and a  gutsy reduction sauce. In order to taste them at their best  Stirring Stuff will prepare a plater of meats and fish and shelfish and vegetables  for you to enjoy griddling on hot stones for dipping into your prepared sauces.
