These sessions aim to introduce you to a variety of popular worldwide cuisines. We source genuine spices and ingredients and have a range of superb recipes sourced from classical books and world renowned chefs.
The sessions are aimed at those interested in food and ingredients. We begin with an introduction to the spices and ingredients to be used. We then work together with demonstration and instruction to produce the basics for the meal. This will involve the preparation of spice pastes, marinades and vegetables required to cook the meal. You will then work in pairs or small groups to prepare a dish or two after which we come together as a group for a final demonstration and practical before sitting down to enjoy a feast of fragrances and flavours along with a glass of wine or an appropriate beverage.
The skills required to cook the meal are all demonstrated and the tutor is on hand throughout the session to help and advise.
A lunch guest is welcome on this course for an additional £20 -please book by continuing brousing after you have reserved your place and you will be able to book this too.
