Her knowledge of Caribbean cookery and in particular Trinidadian Cuisine has been gleaned and fine honed over the years through working alongise her Trinidadean mother in law. you will spend an ispriring evening as Rachelle imparts her konwledge of the spices and flavours as well as cooking methods and traditions from her extensive repertoire.
