A busy day learning to prepare fresh pasta, sauces and a range of exciting Italian dishes. The day is a combination of demonstrations and practical sessions preparing family style seasonal Italian dishes which we sit down to eat with gusto before the session ends. The session is suitable for individuals as well as family groups and lends itself very well to the vegetarian cook. Type of dish cooked on this course include fresh pasta and sauces, Vegetable sformatto, Chicken with Lemon and Olives, Chocolate Amoretti Cake, Zabaglione, Balsamic Roasted Strawberries and Biscotti.
We offer a few spaces on this course for a lunch guest to join the participant to enjoy the meal at the end of the course. £25 per guest. Please enquire as to availability and book this separately via the office at least ten days prior to the date of the course.
