Mediterranean Cooking has much to offer in terms of health and pleasure. The strong gutsy dishes of the winter mellow and develop in the warmth of the summer months. A combination of demonstration and hands on cookery, this course will familiarise you with the variety of different ingredients, herbs, flavours and styles of cooking from Mediterranean counties. once again the sessions are seasonal allowing you to expereince both winter and summer style dishes such as: Gutsy Ribiolitta and rognons du veau, pissaladier, pine nut and honey tart.
